These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of Scotland.

Additional Terms

• Commissions: Deborah Cumming takes on a limited number of commissions each year.  Once the commission has been agreed, a despoit will be required and a timeframe will be agreed.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase.

If you aren’t, then you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we delivered the items to you in error or the item is faulty.

Before you return an item, please contact info@deborahcummingart.com to receive authorisation from us and details on how to return the item.

Please include within the following:
Your First and Last Name
The name of the product you wish to return.
A brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned order and provided the goods are in perfect condition, we will exchange or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.

Goods must be returned in resaleable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery, insured, trackable service and obtain proof of posting for any items returned. We can't consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

Colours may vary slightly in reality compared with the digital image seen on screen.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
